In August 2021, NEXT15AD partnered with OnHand, a tech-for-good company that connects volunteers with meaningful community projects.
Our commitment to expanding volunteering efforts has shown measurable progress, with employees completing hundreds of missions supporting impactful organizations. These initiatives have received overwhelmingly positive feedback, reinforcing our belief that volunteering strengthens both society and our workplace culture.
Building on this success, we launched our first OnHand volunteering pilot in the US, expanding our community impact further.
Our goal is to enroll all NEXT15AD teams globally by FY24, as we continue to enhance the role of volunteering within our organizational culture.
